Blind, Elderly Woman Threatened with Lien Over 1-Cent Bill
The city spent 42-cents to send a bill for 1-cent and will charge this poor lady $48 dollars if she doesn't pay it. (Not to mention that it will cost her more than 1-cent to pay the 1-cent.)

Yes, these are my people, but I'm sure stuff like this goes on everywhere (e.g., the Jedi Census phenomenon). Notice that Homer Simpson, Donald Duck, and Theodore Roosevelt got votes also (Donald Duck won that race).
